No. "More Brains! A Return to the Living Dead" is a non-fiction documentary film that explores the making of the first three "Return of the Living Dead" films through cast and crew interviews and other content. It is not a sequel to or remake of "The Return of the Living Dead" or any of its sequels, and it is not affiliated with or sponsored by the creators, producers or owners of "The Return of the Living Dead" or its sequels.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Michael Perez Entertainment, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship to a select list of countries outside the United States. Please refer to the Country options in the address entry form to see which destinations are available. The appropriate shipping charges for your order, if any, will be presented to you during checkout before you complete your purchase.

If offered, any promotion that discounts shipping or makes it free of charge applies only to standard shipping within the United States as described above.

In general, orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class postage; however, Michael Perez Entertainment, LLC may choose at their sole discretion to use an alternate carrier or shipping method for any or all orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to the purchaser once the merchandise leaves the warehouse.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days after completion on this website and payment is received. Orders shipped to a destination within the United States will usually arrive within 2 to 5 days after they leave the warehouse, depending on the level of service provided by the shipping carrier. Therefore, orders will usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after payment is received. In some exceptional cases, it may take up to four weeks for the order to be delivered. Orders shipped outside the United States may take up to six weeks to be delivered, depending on the level of service provided by the carrier; most will usually be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks after leaving the warehouse.

I entered the wrong delivery address when I placed my order! What do I do?

Please reply to your original order confirmation email or contact us as quickly as possible to request that we cancel your original order. Once we have confirmed that your original order was cancelled and the purchase amount refunded, you may place a new order with the correct delivery address. Please note that if your order has already been sent to and processed by the distributor, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations, and your order will be sent to the original delivery address.

Will my order include a poster?

No. The poster offer expired April 30, 2012.

Deliveries Outside the United States

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Michael Perez Entertainment, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Michael Perez Entertainment, LLC collects sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped, namely Arizona.

Order Cancellations & Return Policy

Please note that this policy applies only to merchandise purchased directly from Michael Perez Entertainment, LLC through the www.getmorebrains.com website. The policy does not apply to orders placed through another online retailer, such as Amazon.com or ebay, even if that merchant's website is linked to from the www.getmorebrains.com website.

If you contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund, we will make a best effort to satisfy your request. If your order has already been sent to and processed by the distributor, we will not be able to make any changes, cancellations or refunds. Once you receive your order, you would need to return it to us per the return policy stated below.

Note:

If your return meets the criteria described above and is accepted by the merchant, you should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
